Shipping:
FOR U.S. SHIPPING ONLY
The cost for shipping is a flat fee of $8.50, unless otherwise noted per promotional period. For orders totaling $100 or more, shipping in the U.S. is no charge. Once your order is placed, our goal is to process your order within 24 hours and initiate shipping through UPS or USPS. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to arrive. You will receive an email notification that will contain tracking information once your order ships.

Return & Exchange Policies:

Osprey Lane Boutique appreciates your patronage, and we want you to have a great experience! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your purchase per the policy noted below. We truly strive to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible.
IF YOU ORDERED IN STORE, ON OSPREY-LANE.COM OR AT A LOCAL MARKET, THE FOLLOWING RETURN POLICY APPLIES:
Item returns are happily accepted within 15 days of receipt of your order. Once the returned item is received, we will issue a credit to your original form of payment or a store credit. The original shipping cost for your order will not be refunded.
HOW TO INITIATE AN ONLINE RETURN:
- If your item falls within the 15-day return, or exchange policy window, please email us at help@osprey-lane.com providing the reason for return and we will provide via email a no charge UPS Shipping Label and a Return Authorization (RA) number to include with your return package.
- Print the return UPS shipping label that was provided via email and attach it to the shipping package and drop your return package at a nearby UPS shipping center.
- For ease of processing, please note your RA number inside the package.
Generally, returns will not be accepted after 15 days of receipt of the order, however, for orders placed each year between November 1 and December 31 the return period for acceptance is extended to 60 days from receipt of the order to provide you ample time for holiday purchases.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. All sale items are final.
All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free, with their original garment labels, accessories, and boxes. We inspect all returns/exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full store credit refund, based on the returned condition. Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial.

This helps us refine product description to better serve you in the future. Once the original item is received, we will ship the exchange at no charge to you. If we are unable to special order the replacement, we will issue you a full refund or a store credit.
